User is locked out
1) User may wait 30 mins mins for the account to auto-unlock
2) User will receive an email once they are locked out with a button to unlock their account
3) User can go directly to the the self-service account unlock link https://sso.acr.org/signin/unlock
User needs to reset password, doesn't know current password
User may use the self-service password reset feature: https://sso.acr.org/signin/forgot-password
User needs to reset password, knows current password
If the user knows their current password, they have 2 options:
1) Have the user log into https://sso.acr.org and click on their profile. They go to:
- Settings
- Edit Profile
- Change Password
- Enter a new password
2) Use the self-service password reset link as described in step 2. https://sso.acr.org/signin/forgot-password
