User is locked out

1) User may wait 30 mins mins for the account to auto-unlock

2) User will receive an email once they are locked out with a button to unlock their account

3) User can go directly to the the self-service account unlock link

User needs to reset password, doesn't know current password

User may use the self-service password reset feature: 

User needs to reset password, knows current password

If the user knows their current password, they have 2 options:

1) Have the user log into and click on their profile. They go to:

  • Settings
  • Edit Profile
  • Change Password
  • Enter a new password

2) Use the self-service password reset link as described in step 2.
